Outdoor Education
About Us
Outdoor Education is a hands-on approach to learning and appreciating nature. Students in Outdoor Education earn their Environmental Science credit while studying archery, fishing, climbing, nature, and BMX Biking. These students also attend climbing days at Climb Tulsa several times throughout the year.

About Us
In addition to focusing on knowledge, the Vanguard campus prides itself on focusing on three additional attributes in students. These are: creativity, mindset, and skills. Grades for students consist of 85% Knowledge and 15% Creativity, Mindset and Skills.
Mastery Transcript
About Us
Students at Vanguard maintain a learning record that is available online at Mastery Learning Consortium. This record is similar to a transcript, but consists of projects and other personal endeavors the students have accomplished during their time on the Vanguard campus. We are proud of the Mastery Learning Records of our learners, and colleges enjoy perusing these records when they are considering our students for admission.
Student Life
About Us
Students at Vanguard participate in a daily advisory session, which provides them with opportunities to connect with students in other grades, check their assignments with teachers, participate in campus clubs, and meet as a full campus each Monday. Vanguard prides itself on its focus on community and relationships, and advisory is a huge part of this focus. Vanguard also has its own yearbook to celebrate the relationships.
